Registration for Grandparents University at Winona State University is currently open.
Grandparents University, which takes place June 21-22, is an opportunity for grandparents to explore college life with grandchildren for a two-day intergenerational learning experience. Participants may choose to stay on campus in WSU’s New Residence Hall, learn in WSU classrooms with WSU professors, and sample the many summer highlights of WSU and the City of Winona.
Grandparents and grandchildren select a major of study and participate in classes covering their field of interest over the two days of Grandparents University. Areas of study are: composites engineering, nursing, French, biology and English.
Participants may take advantage of the entire college experience, which includes on-campus housing in the New Residence Hall for $295. The cost for participants who elect to stay off-campus is $259.
